Through a neighbor, we received a referral to turn a multi-level decaying deck into a new deck all on the same level with almost 300 sq ft of covered space. The covered area features dimmable LED lights, remote control ceiling fan and infrared heaters. The total square footage is more than 700 sq ft of beautiful outdoor living space!
