For this one, we had a blank slate. No existing structure to demo or having to try to incorporate the old with the new construction. Our architect and our client had several iterations discussed until we landed on what you’re about to see. Top-of-the-line composite decking, a bluestone path tying everything together and some low-voltage accent lights really make this project one of our absolute best jobs ever. Our client could not be happier and plans to sit outside the entire winter just because she can!

Our client was losing the war against the mosquitoes that reigned supreme on her existing deck. She wanted nothing more than to enjoy a nice, peaceful evening with her family without getting eaten alive. The solution – a screened-in covered porch where she could enjoy her nice view and backyard in comfort. This video is a compilation of several videos taken during the construction.
