We specialize in residential home improvement, and light commercial construction. From small drywall, paint, and flooring jobs to full-blown additions including kitchens, bathrooms, garages, patios, and decks. For commercial work, we typically partner with small retail and mom and pop shops.

Each project is unique and has its own special circumstances that can dictate the amount of time your project will take. As part of our estimating process, we evaluate and communicate our timetables with each client so that everyone has a realistic expectation.

Most home improvement permits are issued for building, electrical, and plumbing work. Unless you live in Rockville or Gaithersburg, you will in most cases get your building and electrical permits from the Montgomery County Department of Permitting Services and plumbing permits from the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC). Rockville residents obtain electrical, building and most plumbing permits from their city government. Gaithersburg residents obtain building and electrical permits from their city government and plumbing permits from WSSC. If you have additional questions about permits or inspections, you can contact Montgomery County Government Department of Permitting Services at (240)777-0311 or Gaithersburg City Government at (301)258-6330. You need to reach out to your HOA and ask them these three questions; Are there any special permits needed? Are there any specific times construction can take place? Are there any days where construction is prohibited?

It depends on what is available, and which products were ordered. We currently find that the items below are generally backordered or take the longest. It’s best to place your order as soon as possible to avoid delays.
