Chevy Chase Master Bathroom (Video)

This master bathroom renovation fought us every step of the way. It needed a unique vanity because the doorjamb was too close to the wall. But we also needed to consider the existing laundry chute below the vanity. So, we built a custom vanity out of white oak and made a special cut-out so the chute can still be functional. Then there was the shower – it was never waterproofed so upon demo, we discovered the framing and subfloor were completely rotted out… so, we re-built everything. The client chose all of the tile and color schemes and it all turned out beautifully in the end.

Small Master Bathroom Renovation (Video)

One of our favorite clients owns a handful of investment properties but unlike most landlords, this one takes the time and care to not only keep his renters happy but to keep up with his investments. We took everything down to the studs and replaced all the tile, installed new fixtures, new flooring, new lighting and a fresh coat of paint.

Potomac Master Bath Design Build (Video)

We took a dated 90’s bathroom in a Potomac home with travertine tile, a useless jet tub and a shower that was in the back corner and wayyy too small and completely changed the look and feel of the space. We turned the tub into a shower, a single vanity into a double vanity and replaced the tiny shower with a makeup desk. Special thanks to the Faucet Professionals (Chicago, Ill) for providing the beautiful fixtures. They are exquisite! Take special notice of the shower wall tile and how the marble grain flows from one tile to the next. That is some serious skill!

Germantown Hall Bath Renovation (Video)

On a tight budget and a quick timeline, we were able to completely change the look and feel of this out-dated hallway bathroom with some paint, flooring, fixtures and accessories. No major demo, no major plumbing. The whole project took 1 week and the client is super happy!

Curbless Shower (Video)

We completely remodeled a full bathroom on the main level of a nearly 100 yr old home in Silver Spring, MD. We took out the tub and made it a curbless shower to allow for easier wheelchair accessibility. We also removed a double-hung window and replaced it with frosted glass to get both the natural light as well as some piece-of-mind privacy.
